MI240 HYDRAULIC launched at Plastics Live 2022
MI240 HYDRAULIC was official unveiled to the UK plastics industry at Plastics Live this week.
The biodegradable synthetic ester excels in a multitude of manufacturing applications and is particularly suited to injection moulding – which is well-known as a particularly challenging application due to the need for consistent performance under elevated and varying temperature.
MI240 HYDRAULIC is highly resistant to the effects of oxidation (varnishing), which is a common issue in injection moulding, with its ultra-low levels ensuring minimal maintenance downtime and improvements in productivity.
The Performance Biolubricants team were in attendance for the two-day event and the range of fluids received significant interest from both plastics manufacturers and machine OEMs at the show.
